As in previous years, we are running a sale of ex-demonstration equipment at
significantly discounted prices The discounts given apply only to orders placed on or before Thursday 22nd December 2011  Below the list of ex-demonstration equipment...

Conditions
-   All equipment is offered on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS.
-   Sale equipment carries a standard one year warranty.
-   Sale items will be electronically and mechanically refurbished prior to
    shipment. Cosmetic refurbishment will be at our discretion.
-   Delivery of all sale items will be as soon as possible after 1st December 2010,
    although some items will not be available for shipment until early 2011. 
-   Please advise us at the time of ordering if this is likely to be a problem.
-   Units supplied may be marked with one of our former company names.
     This in no way affects their operation

Prices:  Without tax, shipments are D.D.P.
Payment: Existing customers 30 days, after date of invoice. New customers: pre payment
Validity of offer: till December 22th, 2011, with exception to mistakes  or technical changes.

Reservation of ownership: The ownership of the merchandizes delivered by Te Lintelo Systems will pass to the buyer after the sellingprice has been paid to Te Lintelo Systems. All our offers and agreements are governed by the general terms for delivery for the Instrument Branche as issued bij FHI and registered at the Chamber of Commerce in Amersfoort and at the Provincial Registry in Utrecht. On request we will send you the delivery conditions without any charges.
