The C-CROSS 205 XY stage, with a travel of 205 mm, has been optimized for applications in measuring and testing technology, as well as in laser micro-machining. Its closed design makes it ideal for use in laboratory and cleanroom environments. The small footprint in relation to the travel distance and the integrated cable management enable space-saving integration into laboratory and measuring devices.
The integration of high-precision aluminum components and the preloaded precision cross roller guides contributes to the low vertical and lateral deviation of the cross stages, enabling their simultaneous handling of high loads. The C-CROSS is available with high-resolution 2-phase stepper motors that are easily controllable or more dynamic DC servomotors with rotary encoders.
Additionally, the option to enhance the velocity is available through the incorporation of a 2:1 gear ratio, while the repeatability and positioning accuracy can be enhanced by means of an incremental linear measuring system. Furthermore, the stage can be prepared for cleanroom applications.
