LASOS has released a new series of diode-pumped solid-state lasers operating in the ultraviolet portion of the spectrum at 320nm. When reliability and lifetime matter, the intelligent optical design and power control provide excellent long-term stability, low optical noise, and outstanding beam quality.
According to Dr. Steffen Steinberg, Marketing and Sales Manager, “The DLK UV platform delivers highly reliable and cost effective 320nm light at power levels up to 20 mW. Housed in a compact and robust package, these lasers are the perfect choice for integration into OEM instrumentation as well as general Laboratory use.” The LASOS Commander TM offers PC based controls via RS232 or USB interface.
Dr. Steinberg states “the products also work seamlessly with our other DPSS and Diode Laser based sources, and are well suited for applications in Cytometry, Imaging and Analytical applications.” LASOS has an extremely large installed base, including both individual lasers and light engines.
