JenLas® D2.x and D2.mini Solid-State Lasers, for Maximum Beam Quality

banner_logo_jenoptikThe D2.mini series is an extension of the long-established and tried-and-tested D2.x series, which has been on the market for many years.

The highly efficient JenLas® D2.mini diode-pumped solid-state laser works in a wavelength range of 532 nanometers, and achieves a power output of between two and eight watts. It is equipped with a thin Nd:YVO4 disk laser medium, which guarantees the maximum beam quality and stability for you.

JenLas D2 mini laser 2 3w medical applicationsThe entire JenLas® D2. series is based on proven disk laser technology. These lasers are frequency-doubled and cooled using a Peltier element, which avoids the need for more expensive water cooling. The compact design of the D2.mini series makes it very easy to integrate into your existing systems. We can also offer you a range of accessories, such as fiber coupling and control electronics, most of which are designed for use in the field of medicine. An easy to integrate OEM module option, complete with control electronics, power supply, heat sink, and application-specific interfaces, is also available for the JenLas® D2.mini.

The production of the green thin-disk laser sources at JENOPTIK Laser GmbH in Jena site in Germany is certified to meet the stringent requirements in the area of medical technology. More than 13,000 units of the proven JenLas® D2.x laser have already been manufactured in Jena and are now in use worldwide. The new optimized JenLas® D2.mini 5/8W will continue the success of Jenoptik in the OEM lasers market.

With small volume, its very compact shape, optimized beam quality and higher output, this laser will generate even more interest for medical applications as well as for shows and entertainment. This laser can be used for laser therapy in aesthetics and dermatology.
